Thermoforming wrappers are designed to produce thermoformed packages with a forming depth of up to 20 mm.

With the optional 10 mm upper web forming, existing, symmetrically produced pouch packages can be replaced.

Thanks to its loading area of up to 3,000 mm and flexible expansion, high package output can be achieved even when the machine can also be adapted to narrow working environments.

The unloading area can be extended to accommodate printing solutions or other equipment components, which means that even inkjet printers or additional cutting units can be integrated into the machine.

High output

The thermoforming wrapping machine has an output of up to 240 packages per minute. In addition, the "very high" and uniform sealing force combined with the high-performance forming station ensures "excellent" packaging results even with aluminum packages.

The hygienic design of the machine makes it easy to clean and maintain.

Various equipment options allow the machine to be designed according to the customer's individual requirements for output capacity and the required printing or labeling process.
